About Camp Toyoyo

1. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISK

I acknowledge that participation in soccer activities involves inherent risks including physical injury, collision, falls, weather-related hazards, equipment failure, and other risks. I voluntarily participate with full knowledge of these risks.

2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I release and discharge KDSO, Camp Toyoyo Dallas 2026 Organizing Committee, Gateway Park Soccer Complex/City of Fort Worth, event sponsors, volunteers, officials, referees, staff, and representatives from any liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising from any loss, damage, injury, or death that may occur during the event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

3. ASSUMPTION OF RESPONSIBILITY

I accept full responsibility for my participation and any injuries or damages. I am solely responsible for my personal medical insurance and any medical expenses resulting from participation.

4. INDEMNIFICATION

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless KDSO, Camp Toyoyo Dallas 2026, the Soccer Complex, and all event personnel from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from my actions, conduct, or participation.

5. COMPLIANCE WITH RULES

I agree to follow all tournament rules, facility regulations, safety instructions, and directives. Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.

6. MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION

I authorize event staff to administer first aid or arrange emergency medical treatment if needed. I understand that KDSO, Camp Toyoyo, and the Soccer Complex assume no responsibility for medical decisions.

7. MEDIA RELEASE (OPTIONAL)

I grant permission for KDSO and Camp Toyoyo Dallas 2026 to use photographs or videos of my participation for promotional purposes without compensation.

8. BINDING EFFECT

This Release is binding upon me, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns under Texas law.

9. CERTIFICATION

I certify that I have read this Release, understand its contents, and agree to be bound by its terms voluntarily.
